Where can you pick up my starter kit?

Your starter kit can be picked up in our Event Office located in adidas Brand Center Warsaw (Marszałkowska 104/122 street (vis as vis Palace of Culture, next to Rotunda)

How to get to the Event Office?

We recommend to take public transportation. You can take:

  • tube- station Centrum (line M1) or station Świętokrzyska (lines M1 i M2),
  • tramways: 7, 9, 16, 22, 25
  • buses: 111,116, 117, 127, 128, 151, 517, 520, 525.

Please don’t leave your visit to the Race Office and packet pickup until the last day.

 

What do you need to collect your starter kit?

To collect your starter kit, you must present an ID document matching the information you provided during registration and KNOW YOUR STARTING NUMBER (you can find it on the starting list and also receive it via text message).

 

If you wish to collect a starter kit for another person, you must bring:

  • written authorization to collect the kit [download it here],
  • a printed and signed registration confirmation by that person (available for printing after logging in to his/her account from August 24th),
  • an ID document for that person with their date of birth (e.g., ID card, driving license, national ID card) – for inspection only (a photo or photocopy is acceptable),
  • and your own ID.

 

When you can pick up your starter kit?

  • 3rd September, Wednesday,     9:00 – 20:30
  • 4th September, Thursday,         9:00 – 20:30
  • 5th September, Friday,               9:00 – 20:30
  • 6th September, Saturday- event day        9:00 – 19:00

 

Please don’t leave your visit to the Race Office and packet pickup until the last day. You’ll need 30 to 60 minutes to get from the adidas Brand Center Warsaw store to the Start, located on the grounds of the PGE National Stadium.

If the participant is under 18 but at least 14 years old, a signed declaration from a parent or legal guardian is required. This declaration confirms the child’s ability to take part in recreational and sports activities, gives consent for participation in the Run, and states that the parent or guardian takes responsibility for the minor.
