SPORTING ELITE AT THE 10TH WIZZ AIR WARSAW PRASKI NIGHT HALF MARATHON


On the 6th of September, the meadows around PGE Narodowy will light up with thousands of runners for the 10th anniversary edition of the WIZZ AIR WARSAW PRASKI NIGHT HALF MARATHON. This year’s race will bring together a record number of participants along with Poland’s top athletes – national champions and course record holders – ready to deliver an unforgettable night of running.

Men chasing fast times

  • Kamil Karbowiak – PB 1:03:33, bronze medalist at the Polish Championships in the half marathon and marathon (2024).
  • Dariusz Boratyński – 1:04:53, Polish Champion over 10 km (2025), silver medalist at 5 km and the half marathon (2025).
  • Aleksander Wiącek – 1:05:18, bronze medalist in the half marathon at the Polish Championships (2025), silver medalist over 10 km (2024).

Women setting the pace

  • Sabina Jarząbek – 1:12:42, Polish Champion over 5 km (2025), course record holder at the Praska 5k, multiple national medals, Polish representative at the European Championships in Rome.
  • Anna Bańkowska – 1:13:07, bronze medalist in the half marathon and marathon at the Polish Championships (2024).
  • Emilia Mazek – 1:14:18, bronze medalist in the half marathon (2025), silver medalist in the marathon (2023, 2024).
  • Beata Niemyjska – 1:14:15, bronze medalist over 5 km (2025), silver medalist over 5 km (2024), bronze medalist in the half marathon (2023).

A jubilee with champions

Five medalists from the 2025 Polish Championships – including half marathon specialists Boratyński, Wiącek and Mazek – will line up in Warsaw.
