About 4F Praska Five

Once again, the 4F Praski Half Marathon will be accompanied by 4F Praska Five, which is 5 km run. 3500 people wanting to face a shorter distance from the commons of PGE Narodowy will start on Saturday 31st of August 2019, at 7.30 p.m., an hour before half-marathoners. The course will again lead through the climatic fragments of Praga Polnoc, and the finish will be located opposite the finish line 4F of the Praski Half Marathon, in the center of the runners park.

4F Praska Five is dedicated to those who has just started their adventure with running as well as to experienced runners who need competition on a shorter distance. This course is a great opportunity to invite family and friends to have fun together.

In 2018, the 4F Praska Five finished 2,528 people, and the fastest (time: 14.46) was Polish record-holder in the maraton, Henryk Szost, who ran shoulder to shoulder with Artur Kozłowski at the finish line.

“After the marathon competition in the European championships, this start was supposed to be „fun run”,  but … it turned out a little differently. Great route, good atmosphere, so after the starter shot it was hard to stop and run calmly. Adrenaline was moving forward, we had such a healthy competition “- said Kozłowski.

Among women, the best in 2018 in the 5 km run was a multiple medalist of the Polish Championships at the stadium and in street runs – Ewa Jagielska, who obtained 16.16.
